WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, 21orida, has been advised that
TAVESTOCK ESTATES , INC. d/b/a Tavestock - Central Joint Venture
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach AX0101XXMAXWXXxConvention Hall North South
for the purpose of
RARE EARTH CONCERT
on December 23, 1970 - Second Show Option to
3 :00 A.M. December 24, 1970
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved.
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY .HE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
