13178 RESOLUTION NO. 13178
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, " and the
maps attached thereto, and made a part thereof, so as to exclude
from "RE" Multiple-Family Use District, and to include in appro-
priate Single-Family Use Districts, and in appropriate area
districts, as said districts are set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, the following described parcels of land, situate,
lying in, and being in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing be and the same
is hereby called for at the Regular Meeting of the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, beginning at the hour of 3:30p.M.on the
20th day of January, 1971 , in the Council Chambers in the Cypress
Room, Convention Hall of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance Director be
and she is hereby directed to give fifteen days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published
in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City.
