RESOLUTION NO. 13185
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Manager be, and he is authorized and
directed to apply for, and in the name of the said CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, to the Trustees of the INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, and
all other appropriate State and F deral Agencies, for the neces-
sary approval and authorization /for necessary dredging and filling,
in the estimated amount of Three Thousand cubic yards (3, 000) , for
restoring the eroded portion of said FLAGLER MEMORIAL ISLAND in
Biscayne Bay, within the corporate limits of the CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of January , 1971
