13192 RESOLUTION NO. 13192
WHEREAS , there has been submitted to the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on December 29, 197Q for
the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed on the
ballot at an election held on Januar 5, 1971 , for the pur-
pose of electing a Regular member from Group One of City
employees to serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS , there has also been submitted the Certificate of
the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted said Election held on
January 5, 1971
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt the said
Certificate as the result of said Election held on January 5,
1971 , and does hereby declare MURRAY L. JARRETT to be
elected to the Personnel Board to represent City Employees in
Group ONE Term expires July 31 , 1972•
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF January, 1971
