13210 RESOLUTION NO. 13 210
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend
its funds for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the
following described Plans, to wit:
Construction of a 20-inch water line in
5th Street from Alton Road to West Avenue,
in West Avenue from 5th Street to 15th Street,
and in 15th Street from West Avenue to Bay Road
which are to be submitted for consideration of the State of
Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
formerly known as Florida State Board Of Health, for approval;
and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to
said State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services for approval of said Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, does hereby approve and
accept said Plans and that Frank Aymonin, City Engineer be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for
consideration and approval of the State of Florida Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services the above described Plans.
