13212 RESOLUTION NO. 13212
WHEREAS, Aaron Goldman desires to use certain
property owned by the City for off-street parking, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an
agreement, the terms of which the City Council is familiar,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, deems it to be in the best interest of the
City and its citizens to enter into an agreement embodying
the terms thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and City Clerk-Finance Director, be, and they are hereby
authorized to execute the said agreement for and in behalf
of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February , 1971.
