13224 RESOLUTION NO. 13224
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has presented to the City Council
a proposed Contract between the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH and EDWARD DURELL
STONE & ASSOCIATES for Architectural services in connection with the
projected expansion of the Miami Beach Convention Hall ; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the said Contract, certain
changes therein were proposed and adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the proposed changes to the said Contract,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, be included in
the said proposed Contract, and the City Attorney of the City of Miami
Beach be, and he is hereby, directed to incorporate said proposed changes
in said Contract, and return the same to the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach for its further consideration, at its next regular meeting.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1971 .
