13243 RESOLUTION NO. 13243
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Board of County Commissioners
of Metropolitan Dade County be and it is hereby advised and
informed that the City of Miami Beach concurs with the plan
of action for the construction of regional sewage treatment
and disposal facilities in the North Dade County Area, as
set forth in Resolution No. R-288-71, passed and adopted
by said Board of County Commissioners on February 16, 1971.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1971 .
