13254 • RESOLUTION NO. 13254 WHEREAS, the matters and things found and determined by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to exist, and therefore called for the establishment of a proclamation of the building moratorium called for and established by Resolution No. 13203, are duly found and determined by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to still exist, and that the said matters and things set forth in said Resolution No. 13203 will, in the judgment of the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, continue to exist for an additional period beyond the expiration date of said building moratorium as set forth and provided for in said Resolution No. 13203, and WHEREAS, it is the finding and determination of the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary, essential and imperative for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents and inhabitants of the City of Miami Beach that the said building moratorium be continued and extended for an additional period of ninety (90) days commencing immediately upon the conclusion or expiration of said original moratorium; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the building moratorium established and proclaimed under the provisions of Resolution No. 13203 be and the same is hereby extended and continued for an additional period of ninety (90) days commencing immediately upon the expiration of the original ninety (90) day moratorium provided for by said Resolution No. 13203, and subject, however, to the same and identical exceptions thereto, as set forth in said Resolution No. 13203.
