13256 RESOLUTION NO. 13256
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA entered into a
Lease Agreement with NATIONAL EXHIBITS, INC . , dated June 25, 1970,
and
WHEREAS, NATIONAL EXHIBITS, INC . , has requested a change
in the dates of the Florida Franchise and Business Opportunity
Show from March 24-29, 1971 to October 27-November 1 , 1971, and
WHEREAS, the requested new dates are open and available
and no loss to the CITY of rental is involved in the requested
change of dates, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the existing
Agreement shall remain the same except the payment dates which
read as follows :
$700. 00 payable on September 27, 1971 ;
$800.00 payable on or before October 27, 1971 ;
Balance by midnight, October 31, 1971,
and
WHEREAS, a letter, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated March 18, 1971, amending the
existing Agreement between NATIONAL EXHIBITS, INC . , and the CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and accepted by NATIONAL EXHIBITS,
INC. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the letter dated March 18,
1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the Auditorium and Convention
Hall, amending the existing Agreement between NATIONAL EXHIBITS , INC.
and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved in the name of and on behalf of said CITY.
