13267 RESOLUTION NO. 13267
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH is authorized by law to act for said City and
to expend its funds for utility improvements; and
WHEREAS said City Council has before it the
following Plans, to wit:
Construction of a 36-inch water line and the
removal for salvage of an existing 20-inch
system in conjunction with the State of
Florida Department of Transportation' s High-
way Improvement for North Bay (79th Street)
Causeway, State Road No. 828, Bridge Structure
No. 85, County of Dade; and
WHEREAS, by law said Plans must be submitted
for consideration and approval of the State of
Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Health Division; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does
hereby approve and accept said Plans and the City
Engineer be, and he is authorized to submit said
Plans for approval by the State of Florida Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Health Division.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1971.
