BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That on and after May 5, 1971 , all withdrawals of funds
from that certain City of Miami Beach bank account in the
Carner Bank of Miami Beach, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium
and Convention Hall Account" shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach
checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall
Account," each bearing two signatures, as follows:
By Norman Litz, Assistant Manager, Auditorium and Convention Hall ,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant 11 , or in her
absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Larry Kosloski , Assistant Manager
Countersigned by either one of the following two individuals:
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant 1
By B. Dew, Administrative Assistant 1
or in the absence or inability of either one of them to act for any
reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant 11 .
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to
the Carner Bank of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May , 1971 .
