13270 RESOLUTION NO. 13270
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with EXPOSITION CORPORATION OF AMERICA,
dated October 26, 1970, and
WHEREAS, EXPOSITION CORPORATION OF AMERICA has
released the dates of April 3-13, 1973, and instead will
use the dates of March 20-29, 1973 for the Miami International
Sport, Vacation, Travel and Camping Show, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same except the payment
dates which read as follows :
$1, 000. 00 payable on October 20, 1972
$2, 000. 00 payable on February 20, 1973
$3, 000. 00 payable on March 20, 1973
Balance due payable on or before March
29, 1973,
and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated March 8, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between EXPOSITION CORPORATION
OF AMERICA and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed to and
accepted by EXPOSITIONS INTERNATIONAL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated March 8, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing
Agreement between EXPOSITION CORPORATION OF AMERICA and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved in the name of and on behalf of said City.
