RESOLUTION NO. 13272
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with NORTH SHORE OPTIMIST CLUB, dated
February 19, 1971, and
WHEREAS, NORTH SHORE OPTIMIST CLUB has requested a
change in the date of their Music Festival from May 8, 1971
to September 11, 1971, and
WHEREAS, the requested new date is open and available
and no loss to the City of rental is involved in the requested
change of date, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter, signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated April 19, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between NORTH SHORE OPTIMIST
CLUB and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed to and
accepted by NORTH SHORE OPTIMIST CLUB,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated April 19, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing
Agreement between NORTH SHORE OPTIMIST CLUB and the CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH be and the same is hereby accepted and approved
in the name of and on behalf of said City.
