WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
FLORDIA SPORTS MEET, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Ainalitmx*xmmvx Convention Hall North South for the
purpose of
WORLD CUP GYMNASTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR MEN AND WOMEN
on May 29, 1971
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and
is familiar with, the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIA..MI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
