13280 RESOLUTION NO. 13280
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida., " so as to prohibit the sale of
merchandise on vacant lots or any open space, whether on
private or public property, and to provide that such sale
of merchandise shall be conducted only from permanent,
substantial, and enclosed buildings or structures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held on the
23rd day of June , 1971, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.
in the Cypress Room, Convention Hall South, 1700 Washington
Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of amending
said zoning ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by
public notice thereof, published in the The Beach Sun,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
