RESOLUTION NO. 13282
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that in all Contracts or Agreements
of Employment by the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and Financi-
al Consultants or Fiscal Agents employed for the purpose of
marketing the Bonds of the City of Miami Beach, there shall
be expressly set forth therein a provision prohibiting such
Fiscal Agent or Financial Consultant from bidding, or being
a bidder, directly or indirectly, at the public sale of the
particular bonds which such Financial Consultant or Fiscal
Agent has been employed by the City of Miami Beach to sell
or market; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MAIMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the proceeds of the sale
of all bonds hereafter authorized or directed to be sold shall
be deposited in banking institutions located in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
