13293 RESOLUTION NO. 13293
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
entered into a Lease Agreement with CANNING MACHINERY and
SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION, dated March 17, 1966, and
WHEREAS, CANNING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES
ASSOCIATION has had its corporate name changed, and is
now called FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION,
which name should appear in the above mentioned contract
for its Convention and Exhibition on January 12-21, 1972, and
WHEREAS, all terms and conditions shall remain the
same as in the existing contract and the added amendment
of March 6, 1970, and
WHEREAS, by letter to FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY
and SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION, signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated May 6, 1971, it
is hereby agreed that CANNING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES
ASSOCIATION has had a name change and is now called FOOD
PROCESSING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION and should
reflect as such in the above mentioned contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing
contract between CANNING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION
and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be amended to reflect the change
of name to FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY and SUPPLIES ASSOCIATION.
