13299 RESOLUTION NO. 13299
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with Miami International Boat Show,
Inc. , dated April 22, 1969, and
WHEREAS, Miami International Boat Show, Inc. , has
released the dates of February 27-29, 1972 in the Convention
Hall North and South and will add the dates of February 11-
13, 1972 in the Convention Hall North for the Miami International
Boat Show, and
WHEREAS, the requested new dates are open and
available and no loss to the City of rental is involved in the
change of the requested new dates, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated May 19, 1971, amending
the existing Agreement between Miami International Boat Show,
Inc. , and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to and accepted
by Miami International Boat Show, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated May 19, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement
between Miami International Boat Show, Inc. and the City of
Miami Beach be and the same is hereby accepted and approved in
the name of and on behalf of said City.
