13311 RESOLUTION NO. 13311 WHEREAS HARRY S . SCHWARTZ was the successful bidder for the right to operate a concession to place six (6) stamp and picture postcard vending machines in a municipal auditorium and convention hall in accordance with the terms of those certain Specifications which were opened for bid on June 24, 1971; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement setting forth the specifications governing the conduct and operation of said concession with the terms of which Agreement the City Council is familiar; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has duly found and determined that the acceptance of the bid of HARRY S . SCHWARTZ is in the best interests of the City and its residents; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said bid is hereby accepted, and that the Mayor and City Clerk- Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said Agreement for and in the name of the said City.
