RESOLUTION NO. 13317
WHEREAS the State Department of Transportation
requires a utility permit for construction and maintenance
of utilities within state road right-of-way; and
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach constructs
and maintains utilities within the state road right-of-
way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to make application to the State Department of Transpor-
tation from time to time as may be required to construct
and maintain utilities within the state road right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1971 .
