A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
13213 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
PROMULGATING RULES OF ORDER FOR THE
GOVERNANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Paragraph 1 of Resolution No.
13213, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, on February 17 , 1971, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows :
1 . Limit public discussion to that section of the
agenda to hear citizens who register with the City Manager in
advance, by 12: 00 o 'clock noon on Tuesday preceding the Council
meeting held on Wednesday.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1971.
