RESOLUTION NO. 13327
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at meetings
held on the dates hereinafter set forth, did appropriate the following sums
from Unappropriated Current Funds of the General Fund of the City of Miami Beach,
for renewals and replacements of the Metered Parking System, as follows:

for 5,000 parking meters and 2,050

7- 16-69 Payment to Edward Klausner $350.00
Payment to Fla. Structural Corp. 500.00
For floor plans and sketches for
42nd Street Multi-Deck Parking 850.00
$ 192,898.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Depositary, The Miami Beach First National Bank, be
and it is hereby directed, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 11410,
Section 4, to transfer the sum of $192,898.00 from the Surplus Revenues Fund
of the Metered Parking System to the City of Miami Beach Miscellaneous Funds
Account as and for reimbursement to the City for funds expended by the City
from the General Fund for said renewals and replacements of the Parking System
as hereinafter set forth, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this resolution be
transmitted forthwith to the Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach,
Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August , A. D. , 1971 .
