Beach, Florida, has bean advised that
NED DOYLE ENTERPRISES D/B/A FLORIDIAN BASKETBALL CLUB
desires to i ase the premises and facilities of t.:.
Miami Beach 3anadxkoximmxtot Convention Hall North South I
for the purpose of
THIRTY-ONE (31) FLORIDIAN BASKETBALL GAMES (PROFESSIONAL)
on 1971-1972 SEASON
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY :'IE CIY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorizee and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
