13371 RESOLUTION NO. 13371
WHEREAS, the MIAMI BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
MIAMI BEACH, Florida, has requested an extension to the ex-
isting Agreement with the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, for a period
of six months, ending March 14, 1972 or until the completion
of the construction referred to therein, whichever is the
sooner; and
WHEREAS , the said Agreement provides that the Bank
shall have the use of 26 offstreet parking spaces for the six
months period from September 14, 1971 to March 14, 1972 , or
until the completion of the construction referred to therein,
whichever is the sooner; and upon the terms, conditions, and
provisions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS , the City Council deems it to be in the
best interests of the City that such Agreement be entered into
by and between the City and said Bank; and
WHEREAS , the City Attorney has prepared an appro-
priate Agreement of extension containing such terms, conditions,
and provisions with which the City Council is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the said Agreement of exten-
sion for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
