RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13320
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Section 1 of Resolution No. 13320, calling a
Special Election to be held on March 14, 1972, for the purpose
of submitting a proposed Amendment to the Charter of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding a new and additional proposed Charter Amendment to be
submitted for the approval or rejection of the Electorate, as
follows :
"SHALL THE CITY CHARTER BE AMENDED SO AS TO
PROVIDE THAT ALL UNCLASSIFIED PERSONNEL IN
THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT SHALL BE APPOINTED AND
REMOVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY?"
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 1971.
