RESOLUTION NO. 13378
WHEREAS, TRIPLE B SECURITY COMPANY, INC. was the
lowest bidder to Invitation to Bid Number 59-71 , to
provide security personnel for the Convention Center
Complex, Bass Museum, Refuse Division, and other City
agencies which may require such services ; and
WHEREAS an agreement has been prepared by the
City Attorney, setting forth the terms and conditions
under which TRIPLE B SECURITY COMPANY, INC. has agreed
to provide said services; and
WHEREAS the City Council, being familiar with
the terms and conditions of said agreement, and having
found that it is in the best interest of the City of
Miami Beach and its citizens to enter into said agreement
with TRIPLE B SECURITY COMPANY, INC. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
Mayor and the City Clerk-Finance Director be and they
are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the said
agreement for and in the name of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1971.
