13383 RESOLUTION NO. 13383
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with First Church of Christ, Scientist
of Miami Beach dated June 2, 1971, and
WHEREAS, First Church of Christ, Scientist of
Miami Beach has released the date of November 7, 1971, and
instead will use the date of November 21, 1971 for a Lecture
in the Miami Beach Auditorium, and
WHEREAS, the requested new date is open and available
and no loss to the City of rental is involved in the change of
the requested new date, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated August 24, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between First Church of
Christ, Scientist of Miami Beach and the City of Miami Beach
has been mailed to and accepted by First Church of Christ,
Scientist of Miami Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated August 24, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing
Agreement between First Church of Christ, Scientist of Miami
Beach and the City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September , 1971.
