OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS WW-145, WW-146 DISTRICTS WW-145, WW-146
and WW-160 and wW-160
WHEREAS 9 Wh i teway Improvements WW-145, WW-146 and
WW-160 Districts 141-145, WW-146 and WW-160
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, TH_FREFO:RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 11 :00 o' clock A.M. on October 20,
n Convention Hall South
K. D. , 1971 , at the Cypress Room,/at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
