A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SK-277 and SK-278 DISTRICTS SK-277 and SK-278
WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvements SK-277 and SK-278
Districts SK-277 and SK-278
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 11 :00 o ' clock A.M. on October 20,
Convention Hall South
A. D. , 19 71 , at the Cypress Room,/ at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
