WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
MIAMI BEACH CULTURAL SOCIETY. INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach :auditorium a ickx xx-CAltkx
for the purpose of
TWO CONCERTS (NO ADMISSION CHARGE)
April 13, 1972 - May 6, 1972
WHET EAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
_7a_ itorium and' Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and

of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease

OF THE CITY O' MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
