WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami

CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach Auditorium ExxlinownentabionxidombIxbewt*o&gMkkix
for the purpose of
YOUNG PETERSON CONCERT
on October 2, 1971
UHE:EAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
'THEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NO7, THEREFORE, BE Ii RESOLVED BY riEE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY O MIAMI BEACH, P LO RID A, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorizes' and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City_
