WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said

NOW, THERE7OR , BE I . RESOLVED 3Y `SHE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agree:me:t
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and. directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
