T:HE.EAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the C i ty Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for t::e best interest
of the City to a :thorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
