WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, 1i Eai C': , BE I`i' RESOLVED BY 'SHE CITY COUNCIL
OF TEE CITY O:' MIAMI B L ACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorizes' and
directed to execute ::he above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manar, r is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
