13449 .RESOLUTION NO. 13449
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach heretofore entered
into an agreement with the City of North Bay Village, whereby
the City of Miami Beach agreed to furnish sewage collection
and disposal services to the City of North Bay Village, and
WHEREAS the said parties have agreed to amend and modify
the terms of the said existing agreement between the parties
so as to provide for an increase in compensation to be paid
by the City of North Bay Village to the City of Miami Beach for
the said services , and
WHEREAS an amendment to the said existing agreement
has been prepared by the City Attorney, the terms of which
amendment are familiar to the City Council , and
WHEREAS it is deemed in the best interest of the City
to enter into such amendment to agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Amendment to Agreement in the name
of and in behalf of said City.
