WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida., entered
into a Lease Agreement with South Florida. Council, Inc. No.
84, Boy Scouts of America, dated February 15, 1968, and
WHEREAS, South Florida Council, Inc. No. 84, Boy
Scouts of America, has added an additional performance on
November 20, 1971 at 4 :D0 o' clock P.M. for a scouting arena.
in the Miami Beach Convention Hall South, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreement shall remain the same except the cost for
the additional performance will be $675. 00 or 10%, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager
of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated October 18, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between South Florida Council,
Inc. No. 84, Boy Scouts of America and the City of Miami Beach
has been mailed to and accepted by South Florida Council, Inc.
No. 84, Boy Scouts of America;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated October 18, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing
Agreement between South Florida Council, Inc. No. 84, Boy
Scouts of America and the City of Miami Beach be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf
of said City.
