13455 RESOLUTION NO. 13455
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with Miami Beach Cultural Society, Inc.
dated August 31, 1971, and
WHEREAS, Miami Beach Cultural Society, Inc. has
released the date of April 13, 1972 and instead will use the
date of April 6, 1972 in the Miami Beach Auditorium for a
concert, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated October 22, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between Miami Beach Cultural
Society, Inc. and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to
and accepted by Miami Beach Cultural Society, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated October 22, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement
between Miami Beach Cultural Society, Inc. and the City of
Miami Beach be and the same is hereby accepted and approved in
the name of and on behalf of said City.
