13457 RESOLUTION NO. 13457
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with American Supply and Machinery
Manufacturers ' Association, Inc. dated June 7, 1966, and
WHEREAS, American Supply and Machinery Manufacturers '
Association, Inc. has released the dates of May 20, 1972 -
May 24, 1972 in the Miami Beach Convention Hall South and
instead will use the Miami Beach Convention Hall North on
the same dates for a conference, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated October 8, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between American Supply and
Machinery Manufacturers ' Association Inc. and the City of
Miami Beach has been mailed to and accepted by American Supply
and Machinery Manufacturers ' Association, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated October 8, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement
between American Supply and Machinery Manufacturers ' Association,
Inc. and the City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said
City.
