on December 19 , 1971

as to form by the City Attorney, and

of t.he City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE I ':.ES OLVED BY ;HE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY O? MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorzec' and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Tell Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry ince effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein v_:e City.
