WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has beon advised that
CURRY AND ASSOCIATES
desires to lease _ ..:.ises and facilities of the
Miami Beach )flodoW0643000,V Convention Hall North South
for the purpose of
IKE AND TINA TURNER CONCERT (SOUL)
on December 4-5, 1971
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been orepareedby
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and ap:?roved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions or the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREEO.RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'w HE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY 02 MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,

directed to execute the above described lease agreement
