RESOLUTION NO. 13495
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13320.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CIw'yt orpAgLopF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that/Res iu .ion No. 13320,
adopted July 21, 1971, calling a special election to
be held on March 14, 1972 for the purpose of approving
a charter amendment to abolish the existing Tourist
Development Authority be and the same is hereby
rescinded, repealed and be held to be of no further
force or effect.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of
December, 1971.
