Ordinance 467ORDINANCE NO. 467 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BE- ING ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCA- TIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF . " , SO THAT LOTS g AND 9, BLOCK 7gA, COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, SHALL BE INCLUDED IN AND MADE A PART OF "E" DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended so that Lots 8 and 9, Block 7gA, Commercial Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 5 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, shall be included in and made a part of "E" District. D., 1936, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
