AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA. DESIGNATING THE ALLEY BETWEEN
WASHINGTON AND COLLINS AVENUES, FROM
BISCAYNE STREET TO FOURTEENTH LANE, AS
"COLLINS COURT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain Alley shown as lying between
Washington and Collins Avenues, between Biscayne
Street and Fourteenth Lane, on Plats designated as follows:
Ocean Beach Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 38;; Friedman & Cope'S Subdivision of Edmund Wilson Tract
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 83; and Ocean
Beach Addition No. 2 as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
56, all Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and the same
is hereby designated as "COLLINS COURT".
SECTION 2: All persons, firms or corporations owning property
or residing upon the foregoing Alley as re -named or designated
herein are hereby required to observe the provisions of this
Ordinance in designating or numbering residences or posting
signs or markers which may designate the foregoing Alley.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January
1937.

for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
Ordinance No. 472 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE ALLEY BETWEEN WASHINGTON
AND COLLINS AVENUES, FROM BISCAYNE STREET TO FOURTEENTH LANE,
AS 'COLLINS COURT' ", having been passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 7th day of January, A. D., 1937, and that said
ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the gth day of February, A. D., 1937.
