AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO, 289, BEING THE ZONING ORD-
INANCE OF SAID CITY, BO AS TO CHANGE THE
AREA REGULATIONS OF BLOCKS E, H, I, K, L
AND N, 0, R, 8, W, HIBISCUS ISLAND,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1, That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
That the Area Regulations on the following des-
cribed property, to••wit:
Blocks "E", "I", "K" , "L", "NES , "0", "R",
"8" and "Wil, Hibiscus Island, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, as same is shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 87, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change the above
described land from its present Area Regulation Distiret
No. 14 to what is known as Area Regulation District No, 22.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.
