STRUCTURES AND THE USE AND OFERATION OF

VISI4NS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 4F THE CI'I'i� OF MIAP,�I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 � ihat Ordinance No. �26 of the City of I��iami Beach,
Florida, be and the same i s hereby amended by in-
serting ir�-�.i,ately after Section 1 there�f, the following:
n SECTION 1--A: That during that �eriod commencing
December 15th and ending March 15th, commonly
known as the 4Yinter Season, it shall be unlawful
to enga�e in �,ny of the �,ctivities desc�ribed in
Section 1 of this o�dinance before the hour of
Nine ( 9� o' clock A. R�. , and af ter the hour of
Five Thirty (5:30j o'clock P. Ni."
SECTION 2: Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is hereby declared t.. be an
emer�ency measure on the ground of ur�gent public
need for the preservation of neace, health, safety and praperty,
and shall become effective from its passage and approval as such.
