WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, heretofore
leased to POTAMKIN CHEVROLET CO. , INC. , a portion of the premi-
ses described as follows :
Lots 23 through 39, both inclusive,
Block 111, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION
NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2 at page 81
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
and
WHEREAS, said lease agreement expires on February 20,
1973, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the said lease
agreement on a month-to-month basis at an agreed rental of
Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month, said lease agreement
being terminable upon thirty (30) days notice of either party,
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been prepared
setting forth the terms and provisions of said agreement of
which City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said lease agreement for and in behalf of the
said City of Miami Beach.
