73-13896 RESOLUTION NO. 73-13896
WHEREAS , THE MIAMI BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK
of Miami Beach, Florida, has requested an extension to
the existing Agreement with the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, for
a six month period beginning February 17, 1973, and
WHEREAS, the said Agreement provides that the
BANK shall have the use of twenty-six (26) off-street
parking spaces for the six month period from February
17, 1973 through August 16, 1973, upon the terms, con-
ditions, and provisions set forth therein, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in
the best interests of the City that such Agreement be
entered into by and between the CITY and said BANK, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an
appropriate Agreement of extension containing such terms,
conditions, and provisions with which the City Council
is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that
the Mayor and the City Clerk-Finance Director be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Agreement of extension for and on behalf of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida.
