ORDINANCE NO. 507
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID
CITY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE PRESENT USE CLASSIFI-
CATION OF ALL OF BLOCK 11, AND OF LOTS 1 TO 8,
INCLUSIVE, IN BLOCK 12, ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION,
AND LOTS 1 TO 5, INCLUSIVE, IN BLOCK 12A, ISLAND
VIEW ADDITION, FROM ITS PRESENT "BB" BUSINESS
CLASSIFICATION TO "BA" BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the Use Regulation of the following
described property, to-wit:
All of Block 11, and Lots 1 to 8, inclusive,
in Block 12, Island View Subdivision, and
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 12A, Island
View Addition, according to plats recorded
in Plat Book 6, Page 115, and Plat Book 9,
Page 144, respectively, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended, changed and modified so as to
change said above described property from its present Use Regula-
tion "BB" Business Classification, to Use Regulation "BA" Business
Classification.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.

OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE PRESENT USE
CLASSIFICATION OF ALL OF BLOCK 11, AND OF LOTS 1 TO 8, INCLUSIVE,
IN BLOCK 12, ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION, AND LOTS 1 TO 5, INCLUSIVE,
IN BLOCK 12A, ISLAND VIEW ADDITION, FROM ITS PRESENT "BB" BUSINESS
CLASSIFICATION TO "BA" BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION" , having been passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 15th day of December, A. D. , 1937, and that said ord-
inance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the lathday of January, A. D. , 1938.
