Ordinance 512 ORDINANCE NO. 512 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, NAMING THAT CERTAIN HIGHWAY RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION, THROUGH BLOCK 2-B, OF ESPANOLA VILLAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that certain highway running in a northerly and southerly direction through Block 2-B of Espanola Villas, as said highway was created by a Quit-Claim Deed dated April 27th, 1938, given by Mary G. Wheeler to the City of Miami Beach, and more particularly described as follows: "Beginning at a point which is on the southerly line of Block 2-B and one hundred thirty-two and five tenths (132.5) feet easterly of the westerly line of said Block 2-B; thence northerly along a line parallel with and one hundred thirty- two and five tenths (132.5) feet distant from the said westerly line of Block 2-B for a distance of seventy-two and thirty five one hundredths (72.35) feet, more or less, to a point, which is eight and sixty-five one hundredths (8.65) feet southerly from the northerly line of said Block 2-B; thence easterly along a line parallel with and eight and sixty-five one hundredths (8.65t feet distant from the said northerly line of Block 2-B for a distance of twenty (20) feet to a point; thence southerly along a line parallel with and one hundred fifty-two and five tenths (152.5) feet distant from said westerly line of Block 2-B, for a distance of seventy-two and thirty- five one hundredths (72.35) feet, more or less to a point on said southerly line of Block 2-B; thence westerly along said southerly line of Block 2-B for a distance of twenty (20) feet to a point of beginning; as said Lot and Blocks are shown on the Plat of Espanola Villas recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 145 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, " be and the same is hereby designated as "COLLINS COURT". SECTION 2: All persons, firms or corporations owning property or residing upon the foregoing highway as named or designated herein are hereby required to observe the provisions of this Ordinance in designating or numbering residences or places of business or posting signs or markers which may designate the foregoing highway. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED This 4th day o Ma , A. D. , 1938. /7z:cA--f! D. , l93g, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
